Private contact information you provide for review purposes — including your personal contact details as the submitter and the private business representative information we use to verify ownership — is not published in the public directory and is used only for verification, support, and administering your submission.

When we make SMS messaging available, the following terms apply to those services:

• Explicit opt-in and separate consent: We will obtain your separate, express, written consent before sending marketing text messages to your mobile number. General acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, or submitting a business listing or event, does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
• Consent records: We intend to keep a record of your opt-in consent, including the date and time of your consent and the scope of messages you agreed to receive.
• Separate marketing consent: Consent to receive transactional or account-related messages is separate from consent for marketing messages; we will treat them independently.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The only browser storage the website relies on is an authentication session kept in your browser's local storage when you sign in to an account (for example, as an administrator).
